What is the best way to contact Cher? +
WhatsApp is the fastest and most direct. Cher manages her own WhatsApp — no admin team. For new enquiries and diagnostic follow-ups, she usually replies within the same day. You can also email heycher@learnfromcher.com, or use the contact form on this page and she'll follow up via WhatsApp.
How quickly does Cher reply? +
After the diagnostic test, you get an instant on-screen topic summary plus an auto-email. If you'd like a personalised report and 15-min Zoom consult, book a slot directly at cal.com/learnfromcher/consult or message Cher on WhatsApp — she usually replies within the same day. Cher handles all enquiries personally — no admin team.
When is Cher contactable? +
Monday to Friday, 1pm to 8pm, excluding Singapore public holidays. Same-day replies refer to messages received within those hours.
My child just started Sec 3. Is it too early to join? +
Not at all — Sec 3 is actually the ideal time to start. Building the right habits and understanding the CHER Method early means your child enters Sec 4 with a strong foundation and far less stress during the exam year.
How many students are in each class? +
Cher keeps group sizes deliberately small. WhatsApp to ask about current availability and group sizes — this varies by session.
What are the fees? +
Cher doesn't publish fees online as they depend on programme, year level, and session availability. WhatsApp Cher directly for current rates. The diagnostic test and initial consultation are completely free.
My child is already getting tuition elsewhere. Can they still join? +
Yes. Many students join while already receiving other forms of tuition. Cher can work alongside existing arrangements — the CHER Method is specifically about exam technique and keywords, which complements content-focused teaching from other tutors.
What if my child misses a class? +
Ask Cher directly about makeup arrangements and how lessons are managed when students miss sessions. This is best discussed via WhatsApp as arrangements depend on the programme and schedule.
Are classes online only or is there a physical location? +
All group lessons are conducted online via Zoom, making them accessible to students across Singapore. The student portal is also fully digital. Students need a device with a camera and stable internet connection.
Does the student portal work on mobile? +
Yes — the student portal is fully responsive and works on mobile phones, tablets, and desktops. All quizzes, flashcards, and notes are designed to be usable on any device.
